QuickReply.ai, a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform, has raised a seed round of $1.14 million led by Leo Capital.

Pentathlon Ventures, GSF and entrepreneurs and angel investors such as Azhar Iqubal (Co-founder & CEO, Inshorts), Deepak Diwakar (Co-founder, MindTickle), and Dinesh Agarwal (Founder and CEO, Indiamart) also participated in the funding round.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be used towards talent acquisition, product development, bolstering its tech infrastructure, and research and development.

A part of the freshly raised funds will also be used towards marketing and global expansion. Over the next two years, QuickReply.ai aims to expand its operations to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe.

Founded by Himanshu Gupta and Hridayesh Gupta in 2021, QuickReply.ai offers an end-to-end WhatsApp engagement tool for D2C brands and online stores.

It is a ready-to-use WhatsApp commerce solution that enables online platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc. automate bulk of their customer interactions.

Speaking about the development, Himanshu Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of QuickReply.ai, said,

The platform enables businesses and e-commerce brands to design campaigns for a vast range of use cases, including recovery of abandoned carts, customer engagement with timely alerts, conversion of COD orders to prepaid orders, retargeting to win back lost customers, and customer support, among others.
