11za, a Surat-based SaaS-based platform, has secured funding from Startup Chaupal and Marwari Catalysts.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will support it in its next phase of growth and help support more small and medium-sized businesses to unlock their full potential.

Founded by Nirmit Choraria and Garvit Choraria, 11za is a Saas-based platform that seamlessly integrates with the official WhatsApp Business API.  

11za works as a CRM tool for MSME Businesses to organize their customer conversation in one place, encompassing a range of features such as multiple agents access, auto-reply, real-time chat, interactive messaging, catalogue sharing, rich multimedia support, and bulk broadcasting. 

Speaking on the development, Garvit Choraria, Founder and CTO at 11za, said,

The startup claims to have helped numerous businesses successfully overcome the constraints of conventional channels by leveraging the capabilities of its platform to deliver exceptional customer service and support on a large scale. 

It empowers users to generate templates, interactive messages and replies that serve as effective marketing tools for promoting new products and schemes.

As per the startup, it seamlessly integrates with popular e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, along with business applications, including Tally and Empire. This integration facilitates streamlined operations for businesses and provides them with enhanced efficiency and convenience.

Its prominent clients include Zorko, Urban Suburban, PedalStart, Aamby Valley City, Laxmipati, Sakhiya Skin Clinic, and Black Bunny.
