Soptle, a SaaS-led B2B retail commerce platform, has raised $300,000 in an angel round led by early-stage venture firms Kube VC and Soonicorn.

The funding round also saw participation from industry angels and veterans, including Dunzo’s Co-founder Ankur Agarwal, Pirojshaw Sarkari (CEO of Gati Ltd), Saurabh Aggarwal (Co-founder of Fitso), and All-Cargo Group’s executive director, Vaishnav Shetty, among others.

As per the startup, the raised funds will be used primarily for hiring more people, strengthening the product, and general investment in growth areas.

Started in 2022 by a 19-year-old high school graduate Pravas Chandragiri, Soptle is a SaaS-led B2B retail commerce platform that helps small and large FMCG businesses distribute products using its network of active retailers across India.

It aims to streamline the supply chain by giving manufacturers access to countrywide distribution.

Speaking about the development, Pravas Chandragiri, Founder of Soptle, said,

The B2B commerce startup enables FMCG manufacturers to increase their income by up to 10x by providing access to countrywide distributions at zero fixed cost.

Soptle allows retailers to access products with 3-4 times higher margins than average and easy one-tap finance to grow their business.
