Tech-Enabled Dairy Brand Happy Nature Raises $300K in Funding, Sets Eyes on Tech Upgrades and Expansion
Happy Nature, a dairy and breakfast essentials brand, has raised $300,000 (Rs 2.5 crore) in a pre-Series A funding round.
As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be utilized for branding, developing its technology stack, and processing plant upgrades.
Further, the startup will use the raised capital to expand its presence across geographies. The funding round was led by Inflection Point Ventures and saw participation from undisclosed high-networth individuals (HNIs) and angel investors.

Founded by Vishal Rastogi, along with co-founder Vikas Singh, Happy Nature is a direct-to-consumer dairy and breakfast essentials brand offering preservative-free milk, dairy, and breakfast products through a subscription and delivery model.
Addressing the challenges faced by small farmers by providing them access to resources and markets, Happy Nature currently has business operations in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Karnal, Panipat, Ludhiana, Ambala, Zirakhpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali.
Speaking about the development, Vikas Singh, Co-founder and CEO of Happy Nature, stated that the capital infusion will enable the startup to strategically expand sales through impactful ATL (Above the Line Marketing) and BTL (Below the Line Marketing) activations. Singh added that the startup aims to enhance our processing plant infrastructure by investing in technology upgrades. It also aims to optimize the customer journey for a seamless and delightful experience.
The products delivered by the brand come with tamper-proof packaging, ensuring food safety, and their in-house last-mile delivery system guarantees seamless and reliable service to consumers. Processing 15,000 orders daily, the startup claims to serve around 1 lakh customers. In the next 5 years, Happy Nature aims to achieve an annual revenue of Rs 1,500 crore.

Commenting on the development, Rahul Wagh, Managing Director, Inflection Point Ventures, mentioned that dairy is an important component of breakfast and highlighted consumer shift towards preservative-free and organic dairy products, where the dairy brand is emerging as a preferred option.
