Disprz | SaaS Learning And Skilling Platform
Founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz operates on an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) model that offers an employee skill development and engagement platform for enterprises.
Its mobile upskilling and reskilling suite helps enterprises unlock business potential by enabling organization-wide skilling while personalizing learning for the individual.
Speaking about the development, Subbu Viswanathan, co-founder and CEO of Disprz, said,
“Disprz is at the forefront of innovation in the learning and skilling space. Our platform can solve any capability-building or upskilling problem for any kind of workforce. With the world ready to be disrupted by generative AI and with organizations increasingly realizing that upskilling and reskilling are not the mandate of just HR but every function, we are ready to steer towards becoming India’s first centaur (profitable $100 million company) in our platform category in the next 4-5 years.”
The platform identifies and benchmarks employees’ skills needed for different job roles. It assesses their current levels, creates impactful learning pathways, drives hyper-personalized learning to bridge skill gaps, and drives learning adoption.
Rohan Wadhwa, Managing director at Lumos Capital Group, praised Disprz for its combination of products in the corporate learning field, including a learning management system, learning experience platform, and frontline enablement offerings.
Commenting on the development, Rohan Wadhwa, Managing director at Lumos Capital Group, said,
“Disprz is uniquely positioned in the large corporate learning segment, having demonstrated leadership in markets in Asia and the Middle East with a multifaceted quality product that can compete globally.”
With the freshly raised funds, the startup also plans to accelerate its success in the markets it operates in through a bigger and localized go-to-market team. It plans to build brand awareness in the new era of skill-based talent management.
Disprz claims to have helped 350 global organizations improve their digital skills and has 2.8 million users across six continents. The SaaS learning and skilling platform counts Amazon, Indian Oil, Bajaj Allianz, ICICI Bank, Ather Energy, HDFC Life, Starbucks, AIA, Neom, Rivoli, Kotak Life Insurance, and others as part of its client portfolio.
In January this year, Heuristix Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd, which operates skill development startup Disprz, raised undisclosed capital as part of its bridge funding round led by venture capital firm Silverneedle Ventures.
