Disprz, a SaaS learning and skilling platform, has raised $30 million in its Series C funding round led by Lumos Capital Group and 360 ONE Asset (IIFL). Kae Capital, KOIS, and Dallas Venture Capital also participated in the funding round.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be utilized for global market expansion and product development, including the integration of Generative AI across the learning and skilling cycle.

Founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz operates on an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) model that offers an employee skill development and engagement platform for enterprises.

Its mobile upskilling and reskilling suite helps enterprises unlock business potential by enabling organization-wide skilling while personalizing learning for the individual.

Speaking about the development, Subbu Viswanathan, co-founder and CEO of Disprz, said,

The platform identifies and benchmarks employees’ skills needed for different job roles. It assesses their current levels, creates impactful learning pathways, drives hyper-personalized learning to bridge skill gaps, and drives learning adoption.

Rohan Wadhwa, Managing director at Lumos Capital Group, praised Disprz for its combination of products in the corporate learning field, including a learning management system, learning experience platform, and frontline enablement offerings.

With the freshly raised funds, the startup also plans to accelerate its success in the markets it operates in through a bigger and localized go-to-market team. It plans to build brand awareness in the new era of skill-based talent management.

Disprz claims to have helped 350 global organizations improve their digital skills and has 2.8 million users across six continents. The SaaS learning and skilling platform counts Amazon, Indian Oil, Bajaj Allianz, ICICI Bank, Ather Energy, HDFC Life, Starbucks, AIA, Neom, Rivoli, Kotak Life Insurance, and others as part of its client portfolio.

In January this year, Heuristix Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd, which operates skill development startup Disprz, raised undisclosed capital as part of its bridge funding round led by venture capital firm Silverneedle Ventures.
