Rapid Acceleration Partners Founder

Started by Raghuram Ramamurthy, Baskar Agneewaran, and Ramesh Kumar in 2017, Rapid Acceleration Partners (RAP) is a SaaS startup that provides practical AI solutions for digital business transformation, enabling hyper-automation for companies of all sizes.

To democratize AI, RAP has developed products like RAPFlow, an AI orchestration platform for building content intelligence solutions, and RAPBot, an RPA (Rapid Process Automation) solution for end-to-end automation.

How Rapid Acceleration Partners Started?

Raghuram, Baskar, and Ramesh started Rapid Acceleration Partners to tackle the challenge of processing unstructured content. The trio realised that processing of unstructured content was a problem faced by 90% of enterprises, with unstructured content volume growing at 50-60% per year.

Soon, the founders focussed on automating highly repetitive, data-intensive processes and other workflows for greater efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness and started Rapid Acceleration Partners (RAP) in Chennai in 2017.

USP Of Rapid Acceleration Partners

Aiming to solve the challenge of unstructured content, RAP offers platform-based solutions, RAPFlow and RAPBot to streamline processes, boost operational efficiency, and provide significant ROI in a relatively short timeframe.

These platform-based solutions are applicable across processes in IT, Finance, HR, and more, enabling customer service automation via chat and email, form recognition, document understanding, and processing, as well as smart automation of routine processes.

Using the platform’s ‘drag n drop’ feature, RAP allows its customers to build their own use cases and implement them.

Raghuram says,

“We specialise in automating highly-repetitive, data-intensive processes across a range of industries including hospitality management, shared services, healthcare, BFSI, retail, logistics, real estate, and more.”

RAPFlow and RAPBot together provide Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) capabilities for end-to-end process automation, called hyper-automation.

Present Situation Of Rapid Acceleration Partners

Working with a 35-member team, RAP provides a subscription-based model with intelligent automation-as-a-service to the clients. The SaaS startup charges anywhere between $1,000 to $10,000 to its clients.

Some of its notable clients include CAMS, KFintech, SalesCatcher, SBI Group, and Global Engine Maintenance.

Future Plans Of Rapid Acceleration Partners

Working with a solution-focused mindset, the SaaS startup plans to unify the platforms for truly democratised IPA offerings.

Raghuram says,

“In future, we plan to unify the platforms, enabling bot-as-a-service for truly democratised IPA offerings for companies of all sizes.”
