Noventiq, a global digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions provider, has acquired Cloud managed services provider G7 CR Technologies India Pvt Ltd, one of principal Microsoft partners in the country, for an undisclosed sum.

The firm aims to have a $1 billion business in the country. Additionally, with this acquisition, Noventiq looks at strengthening its place as the leading player in the market for Microsoft solutions in India.

Speaking about the development, Sergey Chernovolenko, CEO at Noventiq, said,

Prior to this acquisition, the London headquartered firm acquired Value Point Systems in October, Umbrella Infocare in February and Embee in January 2021 in India in the past two years.

In the fiscal year of 2021, the firm generated a turnover of US$ 1.1 billion. It has 3,900 employees in almost 60 countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.

Founded by Mr. Christopher Richard in 2012, G7 CR Technologies is a leading global information technology, consulting and cloud services firm. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the firm is a Microsoft Solution partner for data and AI, infrastructure, digital and app innovation, modern work and security.

With this deal, the Bengaluru headquartered firm, which currently works with over 600 customers from the small and medium enterprises, big enterprises, government and startup sectors across India, will bring 200 professionals to Noventiq.
