Inito, a Bengaluru-based medical technology startup, has secured $6 million in a Series A funding round led by Fireside Ventures.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be used to push the global expansion of its hormone test and build on its analytics using artificial intelligence (AI).

The startup plans to invest in R&D for new tests, and in the long term, the Bengaluru-based medical technology startup aims to offer diagnostic tests to address various health concerns through a smartphone-based platform.

Co-founded by Aayush Rai and Varun AV in 2015, Inito is a medical technology startup that helps women track fertility hormones. Enabling you to take complete control of your well-being by accessing real-time data, Inito provides personalized analytics on reproductive health through its flagship product, the Fertility Monitor.

Inito’s advanced health trackers use a combination of hardware, biotechnology, and machine learning to improve the accuracy, reliability, and density of test strips, which allows them to measure multiple parameters on a single testing platform.

As per the startup, its users have already reported over 10,000 pregnancies. The users have taken over 2.5 million tests and rated it the best fertility test on Amazon, the startup added.
