Unlike many real estate portals that solely push digital leads, which are often recycled, Findbhk prioritizes tele-verification of leads. This approach ensures that only qualified leads are forwarded to developers, resulting in increased site visits and closures.

Present Situation and Growth Plans

Operating with a competent team of seven members, Findbhk has established partnerships with 25 real estate developers in Chennai. These partnerships have led the startup to generate a respectable revenue stream and ensure profitability for its operations.

The firm has served several developers, including GSquare Housing, VGK Builders, VijayRaja, DRA Homes, True Value Homes, Iyra Properties, Ampa Group, and MP Developers, to name a few.

As per the firm, the demand for residential plots in Chennai has been steadily increasing each year while the desire to own a flat is declining. In response, Findbhk.com has decided to enhance its efforts by listing at least 10,000+ plots across Chennai. This initiative aims to provide investors with a wide range of choices and support plot developers in connecting with buyers more efficiently and cost-effectively.
