YouVah, a career tech platform, has secured $210,000 (Rs 1.74 crore) in a pre-seed funding round from CIIE.CO IIM Ahmedabad and the co-founders of American Chase- Yash Chouhan, Ayush Jain, and Adhir Dubey.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will enable it to launch new programmes and conduct experiments to accelerate growth.

YouVah | Internship Platform for Teenagers

Founded by Chetan Jachpure, Raghav Parsai, and Rohit Jain in 2022, YouVah is an internship platform focused on teenagers and empowers them by providing practical experience, guidance, and opportunities to build their initial career resumes.

Speaking about the development, Rohit Jain, Co-Founder and CMO at YouVah, said,

“With the National Educational Policy promoting internships, schools are embracing this culture more than ever. This positions YouVah to launch more programs and benefit teenagers nationwide.”

As per Jain, YouVah is redefining education by digitally offering teenagers authentic internship opportunities, skill learning courses, training, and connections with India’s leading firms and top business ventures.

The internship platform for teenagers claims to have partnered with around 80 schools. As per the startup, it has placed 2,000+ teenagers as interns in corporate firms and companies. Additionally, in the past six months, the startup claims to have garnered around 1 lakh monthly visitors and 50,000 registered users.

Commenting on the development, Yash Chouhan, Ayush Jain, and Adhir Dubey, Co-founders of American Chase, in a joint statement, said,

The startup highlighted that India currently boasts approximately 260 million teenagers, representing a vast national resource.

Raghav Parsai, Co-Founder and CTO at YouVah, stated that the startup is committed to enhancing the user experience for late Gen-Z and early Gen Alpha teenagers. Through gamification and building a talented tech team, the career tech platform aims to automate and streamline its operations and product development, Parsai highlighted.
