Kale Logistics Solutions, a logistics-focused SaaS firm, has made headlines by raising $30 million in a Series B funding round led by the private equity fund Creaegis Advisors.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be used to expand its business reach across the US and Europe.

The funding will fuel its mission to develop and deploy Cargo Community Systems to transform global logistics beyond regional boundaries, claims the startup.

Speaking about the development, the co-founders of Kale Logistics Solutions, in a joint statement, shared their excitement to have partnered with Creaegis for their global expansion, leveraging their operational value add and SaaS experience.

As per the startup, its offerings, which include several similar SaaS solutions, help reduce complexities involved in the cargo logistics processing at airports, seaports, and customs checkpoints.

Cargo Community Platform, its flagship product, offers a single source of data to support operational flows and facilitate the paperless exchange of trade-related data between two parties.
