EVRE, a leading EV charging infrastructure player, has partnered with smart parking solutions brand Park+ to set up 10,000 charging stations across India over the next two years.

As part of the partnership deal, EVRE would conceptualise design, establish, manufacture, operate and maintain the EV charging infrastructure, whereas Park+ will arrange and manage the real estate aspect of the hub.

Additionally, this deal includes collaboration between the companies in acquiring spaces for setting up smart charging and parking hubs for logistics and people mobility segments.

EVRE is an EV charging infrastructure startup working with a vision to seamlessly develop an end-to-end world-class solution to enable electrified mobility across India. Speaking on the development, Krishna K Jasti, Co-founder of EVRE, said, 

“With this partnership, we mark our entry into the Delhi EV ecosystem and consider the partnership for 10,000 stations as our next step towards sustainable infrastructure to enable hassle-free EV usage through viability and accessibility for the consumers.” 

The charging stations will be established across high demand areas like shopping complexes, malls, hotels, residential townships, and corporate tech parks, helping in higher utilisation of the EV chargers.

To be implemented in a phase-wise manner, the partnership includes setting up 300 charging hubs in Delhi NCR by the end of the year. The phase-wise implementation also includes 100 charging hubs in Bangalore and 100 in Mumbai and Pune.

Park+ | Smart Parking Solutions Startup

Founded by Amit Lakhotia, Park+ is a Delhi-based smart parking solutions startup building a tech ecosystem for car owners and providing a one-stop solution for all their needs. 

The startup also offers smart parking automated solutions to corporates, apartments, malls, hospitals and other commercial establishments. Users just have to download and use the Park+ mobile app for parking solutions wherever they are located.

Currently, Park+ is live in 1,000 plus apartments, 250 plus corporate setups and over 30 malls. In December 2020, Park+ introduced SuperTags for car owners in partnership with IDFC Bank.
