Bengaluru-based agritech startup CropIn, as part of its expansion plans, has set up its first international office in Amsterdam.

The startup said it will establish customer success, sales and data science verticals at the new office.

Founded in 2010 by Krishna Kumar, CropIn is an earth observation & AI-led agritech startup that uses AI & ML to drive digitization, predictability, traceability & sustainability in the agritech ecosystem.

It offers services like ‘SmartFarm,’ which is a complete farm management solution; ‘SmartRisk’ for risk mitigation and forecasting; ‘mwarehouse’ for traceability and compliance and ‘SmartSales’ for CRM and input channel management.

Speaking on the development, Krishna Kumar, Founder and CEO of CropIn, said,

“The decision to open a fully functional office in Amsterdam is market-driven. It is imperative to have a physical presence in the client market to service them more effectively. It will help us get a first-hand experience of the customer pulse and enable us to exceed their expectations.”

CropIn is also eyeing an 8x jump in revenue over the next three years, with plans to onboard over 100 employees in India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe.

In India, the agritech startup has offices in Bengaluru, New Delhi, and Mumbai.
