SuperKalam Secured $2 Mn to Enhance Its AI-Led Educational Platform

SuperKalam, an AI-led personal mentor for students preparing for competitive exams, has secured $2 million in its seed round led by Y Combinator and Fundersclub.

The round also saw participation from notable investors, which includes the YC Partner Puneet Kumar, GoodWater Capital, Nurture Ventures, SuperCapital, Pareto Ventures, among others. 

As per the startup, the funding will be used to further enhance SuperKalam’s AI-led educational platform, expand its reach, enhance user experience, and ramp up continuous innovation in personalized learning services.

Founded by Vimal Singh Rathore and Aseem Gupta in July 2023, SuperKalam offers personalized guidance and support for sone of the competitive exams. 

With the help of AI-driven analytics, the platform adapts to each student’s unique needs, offering tailored learning paths, instant doubt resolution, and progress tracking. 

Speaking about the development, Vimal Singh Rathore, Founder and CEO of SuperKalam, said,

Since its establishment, SuperKalam claims to have over 60,000 students and it continues by providing students with tailored mentorship and support via its AI technology. 

This is the second edtech startup by co-founder Vimal, following Coursavy, which was acquired by Unacademy in the month of September 2020.
