SaaS-based startup inFeedo has raised $7,00,000 in pre-Series A funding round.

The funding round was led by Y Combinator, and it also saw participation from a couple of Indian founders and CEOs.

As per the startup, it plans to use the funding amount to hire more talent and fill up key management roles including that of a COO, CMO, and CTO.

Also, inFeedo plans to expand its customer base, to generate revenue worth $10 million.

Founded by Tanmaya Jain in 2013, inFeedo is a Gurugram headquartered SaaS-based analytics startup. The startup is working with a mission to make the voice of every employee feel heard and valued.

inFeedo has a smart AI-enabled chatbot, Amber, who talks to employees and proactively finds those who are unhappy or most likely to leave.

Talking about the funding round, Tanmaya Jain, CEO and founder at inFeedo, said,

“In spite of running a cash-flow positive business, our main aim to fundraise during the pandemic was to double down in Southeast Asia, and build a leadership team that helps customers remotely connect with their employees better and come out of COVID-19 stronger than before.”
