Noida-based Conversational AI startup Rezo.ai has raised an undisclosed amount of funding in a seed round led by Modulor Capital, Dexter Angel Network, Veda, and notable angels, including Devesh Sachdev (Founder, Fusion Microfinance) and Bhavesh Manglani (Co-founder, Delhivery).

As per the startup, it plans to use the funds for product development and entering new markets.

Started by IITian couple-Rashi Gupta and Manish Gupta in 2017, Rezo is an AI-powered platform that automates conversations over Voice, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and chats.

Speaking about the development, Rashi said,

“We are certain to expand the business and empower many more enterprises with never before offered AI-powered solutions for transforming customer and employee experiences. The investment will also be used to rapidly expand into new markets and grow our teams in the US and the Middle East.”

Using deep learning and neural networks, Rezo.ai understands the customers and provides them end to end resolution. Rezo.ai has a strong clientele which includes marquee industry names such as Dr Lal Path Labs, Care Health Insurance, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Delhivery, USHA, ShipRocket, and Tata AIG.
