Japanese VC Firm Beyond Next Ventures Invests In Deeptech Startup Myelin Foundry

Myelin Foundry, a Deeptech AI startup, has raised $1 million in pre-Series A round led by Japanese VC firm Beyond Next Ventures. Endiya Partners, who had invested during the seed stage, also participated in this round.

As per the startup, it will utilise the funding to consolidate its products in the Indian video-streaming market and to expand into international markets. The startup added that it will further build capabilities and position itself to be a leader in the edge-AI space across industries.

Started by Gopichand Katragadda, Ganesh Suryanarayanan, and Aditi Olemann in January 2019, Myelin Foundry is a deep tech product startup that is transforming human experiences and industry outcomes by building Artificial Intelligence algorithms on video, voice, and sensor data, for consumer edge devices.

Speaking about the development, Gopichand Katragadda, Founder and CEO of Myelin, said,
