[Indian Startup Funding Weekly Roundup Sep 23 to Sep 27] Two Point O Capital, Care.fi, Jhana, and Two Others Raise Funding

Several Indian startups have raised funds across various categories from September 23 to September 27, Fintech, AI, healthtech, etc. We will highlight five such transactions, including how these startups plan to use the raised capital.

Climate financing platform Two Point O Capital has raised $6.3 million in its seed round led by Omnivore, with participation from Multiply Ventures, RTP Global, GrowX, Spectrum Impact, and a group of marquee angels.

As per the startup, the funding will be used to improve its tech-enabled platform for sourcing, financing, and monitoring distributed projects in clean energy sectors, and to hire a top-tier team.

Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, Two Point O Capital offers flexible financing solutions for distributed clean energy projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Care.fi has raised Rs 8 crore in debt capital, securing Rs 5 crore from Wint Wealth and Rs 3 crore in impact debt capital from Caspian.

As per the startup the funding will be used to ramp up its presence in the market and invest in the betterment of healthcare fintech especially for optimizing the operational end of hospital management.

Co-founded in 2021 by Sidak Singh and Vikrant Agarwal, Care.fi is a fintech company offering smart financing solutions to hospitals, doctors, and allied suppliers. It bridges the gaps in funding within the healthcare industry. The company addresses the financial needs of healthcare professionals and institutions, facilitating smoother operations and accelerated growth.

Jhana, a legal-tech startup specializing in AI-powered legal assistants, has raised $1.6 million in a seed funding round led by Girish Mathrubootham (founder of Freshworks) and Manav Garg (founder of Eka Software), through their VC fund, Together Fund.

As per the startup, the funding will be used to develop its proprietary legal datasets and models further, while also expanding its team with researchers in law and artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2021 at Harvard University, Jhana provides AI-driven legal assistants designed to help lawyers, law firms, and in-house legal teams streamline research and document review processes.

AdOnMo has raised $25 million (about Rs 209 crore) in a funding round led by Singapore-based venture capital (VC) firm Rigel Capital and Indonesia-based Sinar Mas.

As per the startup, the funding will be used to expand its presence to 40 Indian cities from the current 24 and increase its number of displays, which deliver hyperlocal, data-driven advertising solutions to brands, to 1 Lakh from 50,000 currently.

Founded in 2017 by Sravanth and Sandeep Bommireddi, AdOnMo provides outdoor advertising solutions. The startup enables targeted, real-time advertisements on cloud-connected digital screens.

Nurix AI has secured $27.5 million in funding co-led by General Catalyst and Accel, with participation from Meraki Labs.

As per the startup, the funding will be used to expand Nurix’s technological base and scaling its operations in Asia and Northern America.

Founded in 2024 by Bansal, Nurix AI provides custom AI-native services that fit within existing enterprise workflows, helping enterprises implement AI agents in ways that are practical, reliable, and aligned with their operational needs.
