Founded in 2016 by Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, ed-tech startup Coding Ninjas has raised INR 37.10 Cr ($5.2 Million) in a Series A funding from Info Edge.

The money will be used to scale operations and hire new professionals in tech and content teams. And also, the money will be used to expand business in newer geographies.

This Delhi-based ed-tech startup offers online computer language courses for designing applications, software, etc. Courses related to new technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), etc are also provided by Coding Ninjas.

The Ed-tech sector is among the fastest-growing business sectors in India. And according to a report, a total of $1.802 Bn was raised by tech startups in India, across 303 deals between 2014 and 2019.
