ClickIndia, a classified website to advertise jobs, products, services or any offer, has bought software-as-a-service (SaaS) startup Directly.live.

The financial details of the acquisition deal were not disclosed but the two companies in a statement said that the acquisition took place via an all-cash deal.

Started by Pankaj Agarwal, Clickindia is a free classifieds website where one can advertise one’s products, services, talent or any offer to get responses from prospective buyers, and vice versa absolutely free.

Founded by IIT-Delhi student Mayank Dubey, Directly.live is a live SaaS tool that helps schedule meetings. Individuals and companies can integrate its platform into their systems and connect with customers or audiences through one-on-one video calls.

As per ClickIndia, the acquisition will boost the user experience as well as help its customers close deals.
