Bengaluru Based Lending Marketplace RupiFi Raises Undisclosed Pre-Seed Funding

Startup RupiFi has raised undisclosed pre-seed funding from investors like Kunal Shah, (founder-Cred), Ramakant Sharma (founder of Livspace), Ashneer Grover (founder-BharatPe), etc.

Founded in 2020 by Anubhav Jain, Jawaid Iqbal and Ankit Singh, RupiFi is a Bengaluru based SaaS enabled lending marketplace

RupiFi is a startup that is using innovative means to address the credit needs of small businesses.

The startup partners with aggregators and connects them to lenders through API integrations. And the businesses who use the aggregator get the loans.

To make people understand what the startup does, the founder, Anubhav Jain said,

Just to give an example, we can partner with a food delivery platform, their restaurant partners might need credit, we can integrate our pipe with the platform and connect the restaurants to lenders and help them get loans.”

RupiFi earns a commission out of every deal and also takes some bit of the loan on its own books, thus making money from interest payments.
