Technology-led Ayurveda platform NirogStreet has raised $2 million in Pre-Series A funding round.

The funding round was led by Wavemaker Partners and Amand Ventures with participation from existing investor Spiral Ventures.

As per the startup, it will utilise the capital for deeper penetration, strengthen technology platform, and digitise the supply chain.

The startup is also planning to strengthening its reach and offering to the Ayurveda doctors by providing an engaging technology platform.

Founded by Ram N Kumar in 2016, NirogStreet is a Gurugram-based digital platform that brings together the best, certified and registered professional practitioners with medical degrees in Ayurveda and other Indian systems of medicine.

Patients can reach out to any practitioner registered on the platform and seek consultation with great ease.

Ram N Kumar, Founder of NirogStreet, said,

“As a B2B2C technology-enabled and doctor-led platform, we are consistently streamlining the supply chain of Ayurvedic services and medicine, transforming it into a proper healthcare system by engaging and empowering Ayurveda doctors and clinics to create an experience that patients can trust.”

Presently operating with 200 NirogStreet certified Ayurvedic clinics, the company aims to expand to 5000 clinics by 2022.
