Animation workflow platform LottieFiles has acquired Surat-based design asset marketplace Iconscout for an undisclosed amount.

Post the acquisition deal, Iconscout will continue to thrive and operate as an independent platform for curated, premium design assets. 

Started by Varun Trivedi and Tarun Mangukiya in 2016, Iconscout offers ready-to-use high-quality Icons, Illustrations and Stock photos. 

Iconscout has over 2.2 million assets, ranging from SVGs, Vector Icons, Illustrations, and 3D graphics, with integrations and plugins for design tools like Adobe XD, Microsoft Office, Figma, Sketch, etc.

Founded by Nattu Adnan and Kshitij Minglani in 2019, LottieFiles is an animation workflow platform & the largest community of motion designers, developers & marketers working with Lottie.

Talking about the acquisition, Kshitij Minglani, Co-founder and CEO of LottieFiles, said,
