Sustainable Kidswear Brand Kidbea Raises Fresh Funding

Noida-based sustainable kidswear brand Kidbea has raised pre-seed funding from Agility Ventures, along with some individual co-investors.

The funding round saw participation from Nandi Mehta, the CFO of Kaaf Funds, Tapas Sahu (the Chairman of the CII in Jharkhand), Divij Bajaj (the founder of Power Gummies), Abhishek Kocchar (founder of Diamond overseas) and Vivekananda Nareddula (the founder of Apaizer).

As per the startup, the raised funds will be used to boost marketing efforts, expand the team, and improve R&D activities within the Indian kidswear market.

Founded by Swapnil Srivastav, Mohammed Hussain, and Aman Kumar Mahto in 2021, Kidbea is a sustainable kidswear fashion-tech brand. The startup makes certified organic, spill-proof, anti-bacterial, breathable, and softest kids’ products.

Speaking about the development, Swapnil Srivastav, founder of Kidbea, said,

Kidbea has patented spill-proof and fragrance technology and aims to provide non-toxic sustainable products to children and relaxed parenting to every toddler’s parent.

The sustainable kidswear fashion brand has already raised two rounds of funds, including the angel round that took place in March this year.
