As per Parveen, TutorBin’s first seed was sowed in 2015 when he was a student at a prestigious top-tier educational institution IIT Kharagpur. Some of his friends who are studying in foreign universities & their juniors were struggling with the courses due to their knowledge gap.  

“They asked me to help with their academics and started taking guidance regularly. I discovered that solving this issue can be a scalable business, and the scope of expansion is enormous. So, I moved further and approached Vishal & Ankit to discuss this idea. When we discussed it, they agreed and found it equally effective. Vishal and Ankit joined me,” says Parveen Lather in an exclusive conversation with The StartupLab.

With aggressive expansion plans, TutorBin aims to expand its service offerings. Currently serving 5k+ students per month, the edtech startup aims to reach 50K+ students by the end of 2023. 

The edtech startup also plans to launch one-on-one tutoring and video library solutions along with its subscription model.
