Nykaa Raises INR 67 Crore From Its Existing Investor Steadview Capital

Nykaa has raised INR 67 Crore from its existing investor Steadview Capital. 

And as per a report by ET, Steadview Capital has now invested around Rs 170 Crore in Nykaa and has 3% Nykaa’s share.

According to MCA filings, FSN E-commerce Ventures (Nykaa’s parent entity) has issued 1,09,986 equity shares at Rs 6,049.56 per share to Steadview Capital Mauritius Ltd on April 28.

Founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012, Nykaa claims itself as India’s largest omnichannel beauty destination and sells beauty, wellness, and fashion products.

As per Tracxn Data, Nykaa’s revenue rose to Rs 1,228.8 crore for FY ended on March 31, 2019, compared with Rs 578.08 Crore in the previous fiscal year.
