Webnyay, a Chandigarh-based grievance redressal platform, has raised undisclosed capital in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The funding round also saw participation from SucSEED Indovation Fund.

As per the startup, the raised funds will be used for product scaling, building AI and machine learning and NLP capabilities, boosting security and enhancing the capability for resolving disputes in open networks. Additionally, the startup will develop a go-to-market strategy.

Founded by Vishwam Jindal and Ishita Jindal in 2020, Webnyay is a grievance redressal and online dispute resolution platform that uses AI/ML and NLP to generate legal documents and enable faster resolution of disputes.

It helps companies, people, and authorities resolve disputes and complaints in a secure and seamless online environment.

Speaking about the development, Vishwam Jindal, Co-founder of Webnyay, said,

Available in multiple languages, the Chandigarh-based grievance redressal platform has been used to resolve grievances and disputes in numerous sectors, including media and entertainment, banking and fintech, healthcare, and eCommerce.
