Aarav Solutions, an Ahmedabad-based IT firm, has acquired AI-based firm Froot Research for $4 Million.

The acquisition will help Aarav expand in the AI space and launch AI-related products and platforms. Additionally, Froot Research will operate under the Aarav brand name and become the latter’s sister company.

As part of the deal, the Ahmedabad-based IT firm has onboarded the entire team of Froot Research. It will also make further investments in Froot Research to scale its AI research and development team.

Founded by Raj Darji in 2012, Aarav Solutions is an engineering and IT consulting firm offering revenue and customer management solutions, cloud management and tech services, and building next-generation AI-based products, among others.

Offering services to customers working in finance, telecom, government and other diverse sectors. Aarav Solutions has a presence in India, Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, and MEA regions.

Additionally, both firms will offer intelligent algorithms, model architectures, automated platforms, and products having human-like capabilities to enterprises.
