Edtech startup Univ.AI has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Biocon Founder and Executive Chairperson.

As per the startup, it plans to utilise this funding amount to expand the scope of AI and data science education to a larger group of candidates.

Founded by Siddharth Das, Dr Pavlos Protopapas, Dr Rahul Dave, and Dr Achuta Kadambi in 2019, Univ.AI is a Bengaluru-based edtech startup. The startup is working with a focus on teaching artificial intelligence and data science online.

Talking about this funding round, Siddharth Das, Univ.AI Co-Founder and CEO, said,
