Beyond Snack | Banana Chips brand
Beyond Snack has raised $8.3 million in its Series A funding round led by 12 Flags Group, a consumer business-focused fund established by Rakesh Kapoor, the former global CEO of Reckitt Benckiser.
As per the startup, the funding will be used to drive Beyond Snack’s expansion into new territories, add product innovation, and strengthen its supply chain infrastructure.
Founded by Manas Madhu, Jyoti Rajguru and Gautam Raghuraman, Beyond Snack is a plant-based savory snacks brand that produces its banana chips with no artificial colors or flavors.
BrainSight AI | Neuroscience startup
BrainSight AI has raised $5 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund, along with participation from IvyCap Ventures, Silver Needle, and its existing investors.
As per the startup, the funding will be utilized to expand its presence in India, increasing reach in Tier I and Tier II cities, making a foray into Africa, Southeast Asia, the US, and allied markets, and enhancing R&D capabilities.
Co-founded in 2019 by Laina Emmanuel and Rimjhim Agrawal, BrainSight AI aims to enable greater precision in the diagnosis and treatment planning of neuro-oncological and neuropsychiatric disorders. The platform combines artificial intelligence and neuroscience to enable precision in neurological and psychiatric investigations for accelerated patient outcomes.
hBits | Proptech startup
hBits, a platform for investing in commercial real estate, has raised Rs 40 crore in a Series A funding round from Capricon Realty Private Limited, an entity of the Thackersey Group.
As per the startup, the funding will be used to enhance its AI-driven technology platform, expand its geographical presence, and bring curated, high-value investment opportunities to a wider audience.
Co-founded by Shiv Parekh and Samir Bhandari, hBits aims to empower commercial real estate investment in India. The platform enables investors to access high-yield, Grade-A commercial properties with an entry ticket as low as Rs 10 lakhs.
RAS Luxury Skincare | Skincare Brand
RAS has raised $5 million in its Series A round led by Unilever’s investment arm, Unilever Ventures. The round also saw participation from Amazon Smbhav Venture Fund.
As per the startup, the funding will be used to expand its retail footprint, focusing on exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) & shop-in-shop retail.
Founded by Shubhika Jain, Sangeeta Jain and Suramya Jain, RAS offers beauty and skincare products with natural ingredients and potent scientific formulations, manufactured at the startup’s proprietary vertically-integrated research facility and farms in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
