Plant Based Nutrition Startup OZiva Raises $5 Million In Series A Funding Round
Plant-based nutrition startup OZiva has raised $5 million in a Series A funding round from Matrix Partners India.
The funding round also saw participation from Titan Capital.
As per the startup. it plans to use the funding amount for R&D, technology building, and expanding its team and customer base.
Founded by Aarti Gill and Mihir Gadani in 2016, OZiva claims to be ‘India’s Leading Clean Label Active Nutrition Brand’.
OZiva provides clean, plant-based food by combining thousands of years of Ayurvedic wisdom & the modern-day foods.
Talking about OZiva and how the startup is helping millions of people to be healthier and better, Co-founder Aarti said,
“We started OZiva with a simple vision of enabling millions of people to be healthier and better. Being pioneers in the clean, plant-based nutrition space in India, we invested our energies in educating consumers and building the category.
