Beauty Platform ‘MyGlamm’ Acquires Women-Centric Digital Community Platform ‘POPxo’
Mumbai-based beauty brand MyGlamm has acquired POPxo, a Gurugram-based women-centric digital community platform, for an undisclosed amount.
With this acquisition deal, Priyanka Gill, Founder & CEO of POPxo, will join MyGlamm as a co-founder.
Also, POPxo will continue to create women-centric content across platforms along with its influencer marketing platform, Plixxo.
Talking about this deal, MyGlamm and POPxo said they both will co-create, launch, and market products in the beauty and lifestyle category.
The companies added,
“Together (MyGlamm and POPxo) represent a community of over 50 million women, have produced and sold millions of beauty products across makeup, skincare, and personal care and have over 45,000 influencers on their platforms,” the statement added.
