Logistics Management Platform ClickPost Raises $6 Million in Funding, To Expand Its Presence

ClickPost, an e-commerce shipping & courier integration platform, has made headlines by raising $6 million in a funding round led by early-stage venture capital firms Inflexor Ventures Partners and Athera Venture Partners. Riverwalk Holdings and its existing investor Rebright Partners also participated in the funding round.

As per the startup, the freshly raised funds will be used for introducing enhanced products. Further, the raised capital will enable the startup to extend its presence into new geographical areas, as well as further within its existing regions.

Founded by Naman Vijay and Prashant Gupta in 2017, ClickPost is a logistics intelligence platform for online retailers that offers services like delivery dates in the pre-purchase journey, multi-carrier integration, tracking visibility, returns and exchange management, and omnichannel enablement.

The firm initially launched as a developer tool to assist engineers with courier application programming interface (API) integration and later pivoted to providing a holistic platform for brands.

Speaking about the development, Naman Vijay, Co-founder and chief executive of ClickPost, said,

“I think now is the time when you will see, in the next few years, the e-commerce software companies going really big, and that’s why this is a really critical time for ClickPost as well, where we are able to accelerate both from a product and go-to-market (GTM) side of things.”

Commenting on the investment, Pratip Mazumdar, partner, Inflexor Ventures, highlighted that the demand for efficient and scalable digital logistics infrastructure is bound to increase as consumers and enterprises increasingly turn to online commerce.

Mazumdar added, 

“ClickPost is poised to capitalize on this trend, offering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of both businesses and consumers within India as well as globally.”

The e-commerce shipping & courier integration platform claims to serve about 300 clients across India, North America, APAC, and the Middle East. Its list of clients includes firms like Nykaa, Pepe Jeans, Acer, Puma, and Supertails.

Currently, ClickPost tracks over 1 million shipments daily, with aims to grow fivefold in the next two years. In the fiscal year 2023, the startup recorded revenue of Rs 20 crore.
