Digital Media Startup NewsBytes has raised around $1.5 million in Series A round of funding led by North Base Media.
As per Sumedh Chaudhry, Co-Founder of NewsBytes, the startup plans to use the funds in strengthening its technology.

Founded by Sumedh Chaudhry, Shikha Chaudhry, and Romesh Khaddar, NewsBytes is a Gurugram-based digital media startup and is owned by Elysium Labs Private Limited.
NewsBytes claims itself as ‘India’s only explanatory journalism portal’ and the startup has developed an AI-driven content engine, YANTRA, which can write factual stories without any involvement of a human.
