EV Infrastructure Startup REVOS Raises $4M In Funding
Revos, an EV infrastructure startup, has raised $4 million as part of its Series A funding round from venture capital firms Union Square Ventures (USV) and Prime Venture Partners (PVP).
As per the startup, the funding will be used to deploy EV chargers across the country and strengthen its technology team.
Over the next three years, the startup plans to expand its charging network to one million chargers in 500 cities across India and other emerging markets. With aggressive hiring plans across all business functions in the next few months, the startup also plans to power several million two- and three-wheeler Electric Vehicles.

REVOS | Platform For Electric Vehicles and Charging Network
Started by Jyotiranjan (Jyoti) Harichandan and Mohit Yadav, REVOS (Revolutionary EV Operating Stack) is building the largest network of Edge Devices and its Operating Stack to enable Electric Vehicle adoption in emerging markets. The smart mobility platform empowers all 2 and 3 wheeler vehicles through AI-integrated IoT solutions to make them smart, safe and connected.
Speaking on the development, Jyotiranjan Harichandan, Co-founder of Revos, said,

REVOS aims to be an ‘Android for EVs’ and allows EV manufacturers to build smart mobility features on top of the software developed by REVOS.
Since its launch in 2019, the EV infrastructure startup has been deployed on 10,000 devices (EVs + chargers) in 30 OEMs across India, China, Egypt, Nepal and Vietnam. Also, REVOS is planning to launch soon in Europe and other parts of South-East Asia.
