Heuristix Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd, which operates skill development startup Disprz, has raised undisclosed capital as part of its bridge funding round led by venture capital firm Silverneedle Ventures. 

Several investors, including Kae Capital, Go1, Dallas Venture Capital and Auctus Capital, also participated in the funding round.

As per the startup, the raised funds will be used for geographical expansion, hiring and marketing. 

Disprz | AI-powered Right Skilling Suite

Founded by Subramanian Viswanathan and Kuljit Chadha in 2015, Disprz is an AI-powered right-skilling suite, helping enterprises unlock business potential by enabling organization-wide skilling.

The Chennai and Mumbai-headquartered startup operates on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and offers an employee skill development and engagement platform for enterprises.  

Speaking about the development, Subramanian Viswanathan, co-founder and CEO at Dirprz,

Leveraging the power of artificial intelligence, cloud, and mobile, Disprz claims to have helped 275 global organisations in improving their digital skills and has 2 million users across six continents. 

Its multilingual app helps onboard and engage employees, increase productivity, and continuously learn online, working across the spectrum – from when an employee joins a company and as he grows and evolves.

The startup is working with an aim to empower CXOs to drive the right capability and create business impact – be it higher sales, better customer service, impactful leadership, or digital transformation.

Its Indian and global customer base includes Wellness Forever, Motilal Oswal Financial Services, Godrej Storage Solutions, Amazon, Airtel, Bajaj Allianz, Chaayos, Times Internet, Mahindra Rise, and Tata Motors.

In November 2021, Disprz raised $13 million in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital and Mars Growth Capital to scale up product and engineering teams and establish a sales and marketing division in the US. Including this funding round, Disprz has raised $22.4 million in total funding.
