Mumbai-based edtech startup Imarticus Learning has acquired Eckovation, a Delhi-based social learning platform, for an undisclosed amount.

This is the first acquisition by Imarticus Learning, and through this deal, the Mumbai-based edtech startup aims to bring in synergies through enhanced new-age career-focused offerings in the space of cybersecurity, supply chain management, software engineering, AI, ML, and more.

Speaking on the development, Nikhil Barshikar, Founder and CEO, Imarticus Learning, said,

Founded in 2012, the Mumbai-based edtech startup offers Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing & Tech programs for new-age careers. The edtech startup is expected to announce new batches of its certification programmes in the next few weeks.

With the acquisition of Eckovation, Imarticus Learning will foray into futuristic skill education programmes in collaboration with IITs and leading tech universities from India. Additionally, the Mumbai-based edtech startup plans to further strengthen its programme mix by offering free flagship social learning and a range of e-learning programmes.
