BluSmart Raises $25M In Extended Series A Funding Round
BluSmart, an electric ride-hailing platform, has raised $25 million in an extended Series A round, which is a follow-up to the Series A funding round that closed in September 2021.
The funding round comprised $15 million of equity capital and venture debt of $10 million. Led by BP Ventures and Green Frontier Capital, the equity funding round also saw participation from existing investors, whereas the venture debt funding saw participation from Stride Ventures, Alteria Capital, BlackSoil, and UCIC. This fresh funding brings the total amount raised in Series A round to $50.7 million.
As per the startup, the raised funds will be used to scale up its all-electric ride-hailing fleet to 5000+ BluSmart EVs and expand its network of EV Superhubs across the Delhi NCR.

Started by Anmol Singh Jaggi and Punit K Goyal in 2019, BluSmart is an all-electric shared smart mobility platform offering efficient, affordable, intelligent and sustainable mobility.
The startup is building the next generation EV ride-hailing service and EV charging infrastructure, making it India’s largest integrated and full-stack EV ecosystem solutions provider.
Speaking about the development, Anmol Jaggi, Co-founder and CEO of BluSmart, said,

Ranked 16th on LinkedIn’s ’25 Indian companies on the rise’ list in 2021, BluSmart operates across Delhi NCR and claims to have completed 1.6 million zero-emission trips, covering 50 million km.
Recently, the startup added long-range EVs and started its all-electric intercity service for customers to travel from Delhi NCR to Jaipur and Chandigarh.
