Ayurveda Startup NirogStreet Raises $12 Million In Series B Funding
NirogStreet, a Delhi-based technology-led ayurveda startup operated by HiNirog HealthTech Pvt Ltd, has raised $12 million in a Series B funding round led by Jungle Ventures.
The funding round also saw participation from existing investors Spiral Ventures, ICMG Co-Creation Fund and angel investors, including DoorDash ‘s Gokul Rajaram and Japanese bank SMBC’s APAC co-head Rajeev Kannan.
As per the startup, the raised funds will be used to strengthen its supply chain, service offerings and technology.
The family office of investor Anthony Weldon has also joined as a new investor.

Founded by Ram N Kumar in 2016, NirogStreet is a technology-driven platform that provides access to authentic Ayurveda doctors on a global scale.
The Delhi-based ayurveda startup uses tech to offer a range of services, including doctor prescriptions, peer-to-peer learning for over 50,000 Ayurvedic doctors, digital health record management, and smart clinics.
Speaking about the development, Ram N Kumar, Founder and CEO of NirogStreet, said,

NirogStreet claims to have about 50,000 medical practitioners on the platform, about 50 brands and a little over 7,000 stock-keeping units (SKUs). The Delhi-based ayurveda startup has also built an end-to-end supply chain infrastructure for Ayurvedic medicines, where doctors can directly order and fill prescriptions, as NirogStreet manages the fulfilment direct to the customer door.
As per Ram, NirogStreet is streamlining the supply chain of Ayurvedic services and medicines to enable doctors to deliver trusted healthcare and work towards making Ayurveda the first call of treatment.
The latest development comes a few months after the Delhi-based ayurveda startup raised $5 million in January this year. And with this funding, the total funds raised by NirogStreet has reached $22 million.
