Founded by Shruti and Manish Kumar in 2020, ApnaKlub is a Bengaluru-based FMCG wholesale platform for low-population-density markets.

It empowers people to set up their own retail and sales businesses by providing better-than-industry margins on 200+ brands and dedicated delivery services throughout India.

The Bengaluru-based B2B wholesale firm supports independent businesses and retail entrepreneurs with better-than-market wholesale prices and supply chain.

ApnaKlub aims to disrupt the traditional wholesale FMCG distribution landscape in India through its reseller led B2B platform for retailers and wholesalers based in Tier II and Tier III areas in India. The B2B firm claims to have processed over two lakh orders, onboarded and transacted with more than 33,000 partners.

This funding round is a follow-on to ApnaKlub’s $10 million round that it raised from Tiger Global in 2022. Including this round, ApnaKlub has raised $20 million in total funding.

Commenting on the development, Sameer Nath, Managing Partner at TrueScale Capital, said,

“We seek to partner with experienced founders who are demonstrating meaningful revenue and growth in large target markets in a capital-efficient manner. Shruti and Manish exemplify these parameters.”

Last year, India’s B2B space witnessed a significant funding inflow. In December 2022, B2B edtech startup Uolo raised USD 22.5 million in a Series-A funding round. Also, SaaS-led retail commerce platform Soptle raised $300,000 in an angel round.

In October, Beams Fintech Fund joined as a new investor in Progcap as the B2B lending platform fetched $50 million (around Rs 400 crore) in its ongoing Series C round.
