Alpino Health Foods Raises Fresh Funds Via Revenue-based Financing

Alpino Health Foods, a food brand offering healthy breakfast food products, has raised an undisclosed amount in revenue-based financing round from patron investors on the Klub platform.

As per the food brand, part of this funding will be used for branding, marketing, and building the team. 

Revenue-based growth capital (RBGC) is an alternative method of raising capital for entrepreneurs. As part of this financing, investors receive a percentage share of the ongoing monthly gross revenue of the businesses they invest in.

Alpino aims to revolutionize the health food segment of India by providing healthy breakfast options that are authentically sourced & hygienically prepared. The food brand is a pioneer in the peanut butter category and has recently expanded its portfolio to provide a wider range of nut butter and healthy spreads.

Speaking about the development, Chetan Kanani, Co-founder and managing director of Alpino Health Foods, said,

“With Klub, we felt that we are talking to a partner who is equally invested in making us a successful brand. We are planning to use these funds to expand our digital footprints and create more awareness about our brand and hire across verticals.”

Alpino Health Foods plans to launch an exciting range of healthy breakfast essentials as a part of its vision to become the go-to brand for nutritious breakfast without compromising on the taste. The food brand appeared on the Shark Tank India show and is one of the few brands that got a deal from four Sharks. However, Alpino Health Foods raised funds through RBF before closing its seed round.

Currently, the food brand is present on over 20 e-commerce platforms and over 5,000 retail stores across India, in addition to selling from its website.

Alpino Health Foods has successfully roped in celebrities across different categories for their campaigns like cricketer KL Rahul and reality show star Prince Narula, along with over 500 renowned fitness enthusiasts.
