AI Startup Neuron7 Raises $10 Million Funding Led By Nexus Partners, Battery Ventures
Neuron7, an AI-backed customer and field service platform, has raised $10 million (around Rs 53 crore) in a Series A funding round co-led by Nexus Venture Partners and Battery Ventures.
Once the deal gets completed, Bill Binch, operating partner at Battery Ventures, will join the AI startup’s board of directors.
As per the startup, the raised funds will be used to grow its product and customer teams in the US and India. The startup also plans to expand its customer service intelligence platform to help companies diagnose and resolve issues in seconds.

Founded by Vinay Saini and Niken Patel in 2020, Neuron7 helps customer and field service teams diagnose and resolve complex issues in seconds. The startup leverages AI and natural language processing (NLP) to help service organisations overcome challenges and improve service metrics.
Speaking about the startup, Niken Patel, Co-founder and CEO of Neuron7.ai, said,

Neuron7 claims to deliver service predictions in seconds by ingesting and analyzing signals across structured and unstructured enterprise data, as well as input from top experts.
Its AI platform works with existing customer service systems and a company’s entire body of structured and unstructured service data to help agents, technicians, bots, and self-service portals diagnose and resolve any issue instantly, accurately, and more profitably.
